HELP University College White Cane Day

Above is a short clip of Sasa J and George singing “The Prayer” for HELP University College White Cane Day event held on the 20^th November 2010 followed by a short clip of Sasa J performing Jesus Take The Wheel.

White Cane Day, a joint educational event by (SBM) the Society of the Blind, Malaysia and hosted by HELP University College was aimed to dispel peoples narrow-minded perception towards the blind.

And YES our minds were instantly blown away as we (Sasa J, George, MWLL and ME) watched an amazing harmonica quartet dazzle us with their blowing skills as they pump out famous tunes like William Tell Overture and YMCA on their rusty but trusty handheld little metal instruments.

It was Prom night for SasaJ and she performed a duet with Dinesh George Lourdes.

Originally sung by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, the prayer was a bold collaboration between SasaJ and George.  Singing a number like this one is a break for the norm on SasaJ’s part.

George has a stunningly deep base voice and excellent voice control.
